Citeable ("we", "us") provides white-label AI search visibility audits at tryciteable.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Scan inputs — the business name, website, category and region you enter to run an audit.
• Contact & account data — the email you provide for the free checker or an agency account, and your white-label branding settings.
• Payment data — processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Usage & log data — basic technical data (e.g. IP address, request times) used to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

• To run audits, generate and deliver your reports, and email your report and login links.
• To operate agency accounts, credits and white-label settings.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and improve the service.

Third-party processors

To run audits and operate the service we share the minimum necessary data with: AI search providers (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google and DataForSEO) to query AI engines; our payment provider (for billing and invoicing); Resend (transactional email); Supabase (database) and Zeabur (hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & your rights

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
