These Terms govern your use of Citeable (tryciteable.com). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Citeable provides AI search visibility audits sold as credits — 1 credit = 1 white-label audit. Agencies may rebrand and resell reports to their own clients.

Accounts & credits

• Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Subscriptions and credits are billed through our third-party payment provider and are non-transferable.

No refunds — all sales are final

• Citeable delivers private trade data, census maps and dollar-level prospecting intelligence the moment you subscribe or purchase. Because that intelligence cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable, including partial or unused billing periods.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal to prevent the next renewal; your access remains active through the end of the period already paid for.
• This policy is part of these Terms and is presented again at checkout; subscribing or purchasing constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable use

• Only scan businesses you are authorized to assess.
• Do not abuse the free checker, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the platform itself (as distinct from the white-label reports you are licensed to resell).

White-label & your clients

You may present reports under your own brand. You are solely responsible for your relationships with, and commitments to, your clients.

Measurement & no warranty

AI answers vary by user, location and session. Reports are directional, sampled measurements provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. They are not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding three months.

Intellectual property

We own the platform and underlying technology. You own your branding. Generated reports are licensed to you for use with your clients.

Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means acceptance.
